Stevens Point, Wisconsin – The community of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is grieving the unexpected loss of a vibrant individual, Trevor J. Hintz, a talented tattoo artist who tragically passed away on September 13, 2023, at the young age of 25.

Trevor Hintz, born on August 7, 1998, in Stevens Point, WI, had an enduring passion for tattooing that ignited at a tender age due to his remarkable creativity. Over six years, he dedicated himself to his craft at Black Rabbit Tattooing, leaving an indelible mark in the tattooing world.

Tammie Hintz-Krutza shared on facebook:

“Ok Friends of Trev this is Moms speaking now. I understand there are people that won’t be able to make his service. I do not want any videos or live streaming at all none zero zilch. If I find out there was any done I’m gonna be very hurt and upset. This is respect for my family his friends and his sisters and especially his daughter! Also NO SNAP Videos! Please understand what this momma and my family are going through.

“Yes I know he was well known and loved by many but I don’t feel trev would get the service he wished for if this shit happens. Let my son finally RIP I hope you all understand and believe me! I honestly would love everyone’s phones put away during this. This isn’t Big Brother where I want this out in the world for everyone to see. I hope you all understand where I’m coming from!”

A charismatic soul, Trevor was known for his vivacious and audacious personality, always living life on the edge. He was the heart and soul of any gathering, putting others’ needs before his own. He cherished his role as a father to his daughter, Nora, and was a beacon of love and guidance for her.

In his leisure time, Trevor reveled in being a daredevil, exploring the world through travel, tinkering with his vehicle, enjoying movies, engaging in online video games with friends, and immersing himself in computer-related pursuits. An artist at heart, he took delight in building and collecting various Lego sets, creating artwork, and composing music.

Trevor leaves behind a legacy of love and memories cherished by his surviving daughter, Nora Hintz, devoted parents Thomas and Tammie Krutza, sisters Tatum Krutza and Jocelyn Hintz, and loving grandparents Ed and Cheryl Hintz, as well as Greg Krutza. He will also be fondly remembered by his girlfriend, Molly Bella, and his best friends, Nate Tepp, Nick Feist, and Bryant Buchl, along with his extended family at Black Rabbit Tattoo Shop.

The visitation to honor Trevor’s life will take place on Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boston Funeral Home (1649 Briggs St, Stevens Point, WI 54481), followed by a funeral service from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location.

Trevor’s departure has left an irreplaceable void, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones and the community he was an integral part of. The Hintz-Steckler-Clermont-Krutza family and friends join together in this moment of grief, cherishing the beautiful moments shared with Trevor and bidding him a loving farewell.
