Pastor Anthony Kwadwo Boakye, Founder and Archbishop of the New Generation Church of Resurrection Power, has died, according to his attorney Alexander KK Abban.

According to the statement, on January 31, 2023, his family was forced to take him to the hospital after he complained of intense sensations in his left leg.

“Preparations were underway to make that journey when he suddenly fell ill and was taken to the Cardiothoracic Center at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. Unfortunately, he left the ghost at around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.”
