Paula Forbes is survived by her partner Ken Groves of Aylmer; her mother Jean (late Paul) Forbes of St. Thomas; her daughter Justina Forbes (Doug Knight) and their son Jayden Knight of St. Thomas; her siblings Jason Forbes of London, Colleen Forbes of Ridgetown, and Lee Bolton of Chatham; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her son Nathan Forbes.
Having worked in retail for many years, Paula’s impact reached beyond her immediate family, touching the lives of those she encountered throughout her career. A memorial service to celebrate Paula’s life is scheduled at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas, on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 11:00 am, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Cremation has taken place, allowing loved ones to come together to share memories and pay tribute to a woman who enriched the lives of many with her love, laughter, and enduring spirit.
