The suspects, identified as three black males dressed in all black and armed with a handgun, swiftly carjacked a vehicle bearing MARYLAND TAGS: 2FD 0820. The suspects’ getaway vehicle was trailed by a dark-colored sedan, possibly a Honda.
The chase led authorities to the northbound side of Missouri Avenue N.W., where the suspects were last seen.
