Lowell, IN – Lowell, Indiana, was struck by grief upon the passing of Keith Desimini, a cherished Ball State University alumnus. He departed on November 18th, 2023, leaving family and friends grappling with shock and an overwhelming sense of disbelief. His death was confirmed via a heart-wrenching Facebook post expressing immeasurable sorrow and a profound loss.
At 26, Keith’s life was abruptly cut short, with the circumstances surrounding his passing yet undisclosed to the public.
Having earned a Software Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from Ball State University, Keith dedicated himself to a successful tenure at Angie’s List. His contributions to the professional sphere were matched only by his commitment to community service and his ties to Lowell’s St. Edward Catholic Church.
Keith’s remarkable achievements mirrored his grounded personality, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and community support in his successes. His impact transcended professional accolades, as he tirelessly worked to better the lives of the less fortunate.
Colleagues revered Keith for his approachability, willingness to lend an ear, offer guidance, and celebrate the accomplishments of others. This trait fostered a positive work environment and encouraged collaboration, exemplifying his belief in achieving greatness without compromising personal values.
He leaves behind a grieving family: parents Daniel and Melva, sister Stephanie, paternal grandmother Caryle, aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins. His memory is preceded by the passing of paternal grandfather Joseph, maternal grandparents Francisco Gonzalez and Trinidad Ochoa, Uncle Samuel Gonzalez, and Aunt Dana DeSimini.
The community will pay respects during visitation on November 26th from 2-6 PM, with funeral services following on Monday at 11 AM at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell. The interment will take place at St. Edward Cemetery, a final tribute to a life cherished and celebrated.
