Law enforcement disclosed that a confrontation emerged in the Westgate Entertainment District after a 33-year-old man exited the concert and encountered another individual, sparking an argument. The situation escalated when the second individual departed but returned to shoot the man, who sustained a non-life-threatening injury and was hospitalized. Despite reports of gunfire around 11 p.m., authorities confirmed no shots were fired within the venue. The identities of the involved individuals remain undisclosed, and the case has been transferred to the investigations unit.

Rod Wave, the rapper on his “Beautiful Mind Tour,” was present during both incidents, with his Arizona performance disrupted by the altercation.
