Vaca will immediately face competition from more than a dozen new or growing restaurants serving Spanish food, the city’s undeniably popular at the moment, in the Los Angeles area. Angeles is larger. This includes celebrity chef José Andrés, who has run several eateries in Downtown Los Angeles near the Walt Disney Concert Hall and will open more soon.
Beaudry is simply the latest so-called “luxury living experience” to emerge in Downtown Los Angeles, meaning luxury apartments with panoramic views of the glittering metropolis outside. Residents will even be able to order custom food and drinks from Santana’s Vaca Group served inside the 600-foot skyscraper, like the upcoming Daniel Boulud project inside a complex. upscale in Beverly Hills.
