Anna Polyviou’s career
In 2000, Anna Polyviou began her career as a chef after agreeing to apprentice at the Sofitel Hotel in Melbourne. Even the Les Toques Blanc contest for “Best Apprentice in Victoria” was won by her. She then moved to London to work for three years at Claridge’s Hotel.
