Pawtucket, Rhode Island – The Pawtucket community is grappling with the loss of Tyler Massey, a 22-year-old young man, who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident involving two bikes and one car. The incident occurred in the vicinity of Daggett Avenue around 6:15 p.m., prompting immediate response from officials.
Tyler Massey, identified as one of the motorcyclists involved in the crash, was later pronounced dead at the scene. Another motorcyclist, a 21-year-old, was also injured in the collision and rushed to the hospital, emphasizing the severity of the accident and the trauma inflicted.

Additionally, in a separate incident on July 18, Alexander Pina, a 27-year-old resident of Pawtucket, lost his life in a motorcycle accident. The crash, which took place around 1:20 a.m. at the junction of Cottage Street and Central Avenue, involved a motorcycle and a vehicle in a head-on collision. A 24-year-old female passenger on the motorcycle suffered serious injuries but is currently in stable condition.
In both accidents, the importance of safety measures was highlighted, as both victims and passengers were wearing helmets. While the investigations into the accidents are ongoing, there have been no criminal charges filed as of yet. Witnesses reported high speed as a contributing factor in the tragic accident involving Tyler Massey.
