He is survived by his devoted wife, Mrs. Loretta Day, and their son, Thomas Day, as the sole remaining members of his immediate family. Toby Day will always be remembered and missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing him during his lifetime.

A licensed funeral director in both Indiana and Ohio, he was deeply committed to guiding families through a meaningful funeral experience, understanding the importance of bidding farewell and creating peaceful memories to facilitate a healthy grieving process.
With academic achievements from Ivy Tech Community College (2016) and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science (AAS – 2018, BMS – 2021), Mr. Day took great pride in sharing his expertise with aspiring funeral service providers. He leaves a lasting legacy through the knowledge he imparted to students who will carry on the compassionate work he valued.
