Suni Lee Career
Professional artistic gymnast Sunisa Lee is. Lee won the bronze medal on the uneven bars and is the 2020 Olympic all-around winner. She also took part in squads that captured silver at the 2020 Summer Olympics and gold at the 2019 World Championships.
This young gymnast has also competed on the women’s national team of the United States six times. The first American Hmong athlete to compete in the Olympics is Lee. Additionally, she has won six world titles and six Olympic medals. Along with Gabby Douglas, Kim Zmeskal, Kyla Ross, and Rebecca Bross, Lee is the sixth most decorated female gymnast in American history.
When it comes to her gymnastics career, this personality started when she was just six years old at the Midwest Gymnastics Center in Little Canada, Minnesota. The year after, this character started participating and took first place in the all-around at a state competition. At the age of eight, Lee then moved to three levels.
Additionally, this young gymnast qualified for the elite at the age of 11. From the age of six to twelve, this gymnast trained with Punnarith Koy at Midwest Gymnastics. Additionally, in August 2019, while helping a friend, her father fell off a ladder.

Lee claimed she was pepper sprayed at a racial encounter in Los Angeles the following November. She was in town for her appearance on Dancing with the Stars when it happened.
Additionally, this gymnast posted on a TikTok video in January 2022 about encountering racial slurs from her own Hmong-American community. When she disclosed her relationship with football player Jaylin Smith of the USC Trojans, it took place.
