In a somber turn of events, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged two individuals with first-degree murder in connection with the untimely death of Rose Kerwin. The 50-year-old’s lifeless body was discovered in the Mississippi River near Pakenham, Ontario, in November, sparking a subsequent investigation into her disappearance.
Rose Kerwin was initially reported missing on November 13, just a day after her body was found in the river.
