Raton, FL – The Boca Raton community grieves the passing of Jarrod Bresky, a resident of Boca Raton, Florida. Jarrod, son of prominent Boca Raton Attorney Robin Bresky, tragically died by suicide. Described by his loved ones as a vibrant and handsome young man, his untimely passing has left family and friends in mourning.
Robin I. Bresky, a partner in the appellate department, specializes in appeals and litigation support covering a wide spectrum of legal areas, including civil law, commercial law, personal injury law, family law, and criminal law. Her practice, Bresky Litigation, located in Boca Raton, focuses on appellate litigation, trusts and estates, and corporate transactions.
Before her tenure at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas (SSRGA), she established and led her own firm, holding the position of president. Licensed to practice law in Florida and federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court, Robin Bresky boasts a comprehensive legal background.
Her professional journey began as a state prosecutor in Broward County, and she later embarked on an independent legal venture before joining SSRGA.
