Mom’s Sin, the first episode of Restaurant: Impossible season 21, premieres on the Food Network on Thursday, December 29 at 8 p.m. ET. After the initial airing, viewers will be able to watch the episode on Philo and DirecTV Stream, as is customary. Chef Robert Irvine, who has appeared in about 200 episodes of Restaurant: Impossible, will once again assist another chef in changing her personal attitude and way of doing business. The chef, who will have two days to complete the task on a $10,000 budget, will also try to alter her family relationships within the time frame.
Irvine will try to save his mother’s business in Restaurant: Impossible season 21 episode 1.
On this week’s episode of Restaurant: Impossible, chef Robert Irvine will travel to Ash Fork, Arizona, to make some major tweaks to Felicia’s restaurant. Felicia feels bad as a mother for not spending enough time with her children. At the same time, she doesn’t care about her bankrupt and heavily indebted company. Chef Robert will support the stressed and overworked Ranch House owner to save his business and family in Episode 1 of the series.
Within two days, Robert Irvine will try to change Felicia’s mentality and boost her business. However, there was a catch: if he failed, the restaurant had to close. Robert will tweak the menu, train the staff, and make some design improvements to rescue the company.
Restaurants: Impossible will take viewers to Arizona, Hawaii, and other locations.
Restaurants: It’s impossible to follow Chef Robert Irvine as he takes on a mission to rescue “restaurants from imminent disaster” by making radical improvements. He has over 25 years of culinary experience and is the owner of Fresh Kitchen and Pentagon restaurants. It was Irvine who said,
“These restaurant owners take a lot of risk because their company is on the verge of bankruptcy. It is difficult and stressful for owners to realize that they have failed and want support, and to get them back on track, they must hear some uncomfortable realities. Adjustments extend beyond the restaurant and into their relationships with employees, families, and themselves.”
In the next season, Robert will also visit the Amigo Café in Kayenta, Arizona, to help a business whose owner has suffered a financial loss and has become ailing due to stress. To preserve the life and restore the health of the owner, the chef will also have to educate the next generation on how to run the company. In addition, Robert plans to visit Sunnyside Café in Williamston, Michigan, to rescue the breakfast spot. Irvine will then visit Island Kine Grind in Nampa, Hawaii, as well as many other restaurants, aiming to change the businesses and lives of many restaurant owners.
According to Food Network’s summary of Restaurants: Impossible,
“Even under the best conditions, turning around a failing restaurant is a daunting task. Everything seems impossible in two days for just $10,000, but that’s exactly what Chef Robert Irvine set out to do in his new Food Network show, Restaurant Impossible. Robert will use his MacGyver skills and a lot of strength to save these sad areas from total collapse.”
It goes into a state,
“Can a person with $10,000 change the course of a failing business and give hope to its owners and employees? Let’s see what happens when Robert Irvine takes over Restaurant: Impossible.”
Every Thursday at 8 p.m. ET, the Food Network will air new episodes of Restaurant: Impossible season 21. Marc Summers is producer for this season, which includes 15 episodes.
