Transitioning to Cox Automotive in 2013, Monet took on the roles of Dealer Concierge/Account Manager and later, Co-op Support Analyst. Her expertise and efficiency were instrumental in managing accounts, retaining customers, and introducing process enhancements, benefiting over 5,000 auto dealers.
In 2017, Monet joined PureCars as a Product Specialist, showcasing her passion for the automotive industry. Continuing her journey at CarNow in 2019 as a Client Success Manager, she continued to excel, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues and clients.
