In Edinburgh, he hunted down his mostly young victims at several locations, mainly in the Wester Hailes neighbourhood.
Last year, after Buchanan was convicted, the man turned himself in to the police, deputy attorney Mr. Stalker explained to Lord Beckett. He went on to say the charges came after the investigation into the defendant’s criminal conduct.
The defendant’s lawyer, Niall McCluskey, informed Lord Beckett that his client had pleaded guilty. He continued, “He still maintains his previous appeal. He admitted guilt for his transgressions.
