Leslie Huth obituary: Louisiana’s women sadly dies in Thibodaux

Thibodaux, Louisiana – The community of Thibodaux, Louisiana, is mourning the untimely loss of Leslie Huth, a cherished mother, grandmother, friend, and co-worker. Leslie, who was a long-standing resident of Thibodaux and had previously lived in Kenner, Louisiana, passed away, leaving her family and friends heartbroken.

Leslie’s sudden and unexpected passing has left everyone who knew her devastated. Her son, Drey, who was deeply affected by the loss of his beautiful and vibrant mother, shared his thoughts on the remarkable person Leslie was. He struggled to find the words to describe the profound impact she had on his life and the lives of those she encountered.

Drey expressed, “It is impossible to put into words the profound influence you have had on not just my life but also the lives of everyone you have ever encountered. Never in my life have I met someone who could enter a room full of strangers and, within twenty minutes, become best friends with so many individuals you hardly knew at all. This isn’t fair at all.”

In addition to being a devoted wife and mother, Leslie was a kind grandmother, friend, and confidante to many, including her colleagues at Omega, where she worked as a Director of Nursing. Leslie was also a sister and a daughter.

Drey shared a valuable lesson that people should take from Leslie’s life, saying, “If there’s one thing that those who knew Leslie should learn from the terrible news of her passing, it’s to live each day as though it were their last. Because, according to Drey, that’s how Leslie spent her life.”
