In 2022, Keyvan married Megan Razi, the love of his life, and became an integral part of the Razi family. His father, Ali Razi, is the co-founder of The Stratham Group. While the exact cause of his death remains unconfirmed, there are reports suggesting an accident.
As the leader of Stratham, Keyvan played a pivotal role in the entitlement, development, financing, marketing, acquisitions, and disposition of numerous real estate lots and single-family houses. His vision and strategic acumen were instrumental in driving the firm’s growth through acquisitions.
Keyvan, as one of Stratham’s general partners, also took on the responsibility of overseeing and managing the company’s housing business. His contributions to the local building industry were recognized, earning him the title of Builder of the Year by the Baldy View Chapter.
Active on the boards of San Bernardino and Riverside, Keyvan was a respected figure in the community. He earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School. His commitment to excellence extended to holding a real estate broker’s license.
