Kevin Sullivan obituary: Regional Property Manager passes away at 55 in Burlington

Burlington, Massachusetts – The Burlington community is deeply saddened by the passing of Kevin Sullivan, a prominent figure in the real estate and property management industry. Kevin, who served as a Regional Property Manager with the Boston Housing Authority, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at the age of 55 after a courageous battle with illness.

Born in Boston to Thomas and Helen Sullivan, Kevin’s universe revolved around his family. Raised in Melrose amidst a household rooted in Catholic values, he had a fondness for the cherished summers spent in West Dennis on Cape Cod.

Kevin’s formative years unfolded in Melrose, and he graduated from Malden Catholic High School, actively participating in Football, Hockey, and Track. Pursuing higher education, he earned a degree in Criminal Science at Norwich University, contributing to the college’s Rugby team.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Kevin obtained his real estate broker’s license, contributing his expertise to various property management companies. Recently, he embraced the role of Regional Property Manager with the Boston Housing Authority, marking another milestone in his accomplished career.

Kevin Sullivan was the beloved husband of Laura Sullivan for 29 years, and a proud father to Kaila Sullivan, Thomas Sullivan, and Margaret Sullivan. He was the caring son of Helen Sullivan and the late Thomas Sullivan, a cherished brother, brother-in-law, and son-in-law. Kevin leaves behind many nieces, nephews, friends, and his beloved four-legged companion, Buddy.

Visiting hours will be held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home on Sunday, December 3, from 4-7 pm. The funeral will take place on Monday, December 4, at 9 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret Church in St. Veronica Parish.
