The sudden passing of Jordy Pepperall, a sweet angel at the tender age of six, has left hearts shattered. On September 15, 2023, at McMaster Children’s Hospital in Hamilton, Jordy’s battle with leukemia ended. The family will soon reveal the obituary, sharing the details of her remarkable yet tragically short life.
Leukemia, the most prevalent type of cancer in children, affects around 3,000 kids in the US every year. Typically, children between 2 and 6 years old are affected, with a higher incidence among males and Caucasian children. Jordy’s story has captured the attention of many, shedding light on this heartbreaking disease that affects so many young lives.
