I Hate Suzie Too, Part 2 of I Hate Suzie, will premiere on HBO Max on Thursday, December 22 at 3:01 a.m. ET. Season 1 of the show follows the life of Suzie Pickles (Billie Piper), an actress whose life is turned upside down after her smartphone is hacked and her intimate pictures are exposed. There are eight episodes in total, each focusing on “one of the eight trauma episodes” that Suzie goes through. It is based on Kübler-five Ross’ concept of stages of mourning, which includes denial, anger, negotiation, depression, and acceptance.

The first season of Suzie ends with her slowly coming to terms with her situation and having to make some important choices. Suzie pissed me off. Billie Piper will also reprise the role of Suzie. She’s got a new agency, advertiser, and job hopping for shows like Dance Crazee, a reality TV competition that keeps Saturday night audiences glued to their screens. Suzie returns to her first love, the audience, after losing everything. Battling her ex-husband, Cob, with the help of her best friend Naomi, she must try to keep herself and her son Frank alive while participating in Dance Crazee. She must learn to navigate her new life as a single mother and ex-wife. Unlike season 1, I Hate Suzie Too will only have three episodes and will be labeled as an ‘anti-Christmas’ special.
