Steps to disable Avast signature for outgoing email
To disable or disable the annoying Avast signature from email, follow these steps:
- From the system tray, right click on the Avast icon and then click ‘Open Avast UI’.
- Open Avast’s settings by clicking the gear icon at the top

- Open Avast Antivirus and then open its menu; click ‘Settings’
- Then go to ‘Protection’ tab and click ‘Shield Core’
- Go to the ‘Configure Shield Settings’ option and click on the ‘Mail Shield’ tab.
- Uncheck the ‘Add signature at the end of sent email’ option
