  2. Enter the ‘Gmail username’ you want to recover and click ‘Next’.
  3. You will see the message ‘This account was recently deleted and can be recovered’; if you do not see this message, it means that your account cannot be recovered; press ‘Next’ to continue.
  4. Then enter your Gmail account password and click ‘Next’.
  5. You will see the message ‘Successful-you have canceled your account deletion’; then you can successfully login to your Gmail account.

Scenario 2- If you don’t remember your password

  1. Visit this link on a web browser- https://accounts.google.com/signin/v2/recoveryidentifier?flowName=GlifWebSignIn&flowEntry=ServiceLogin
  2. Enter the ‘Gmail username’ you want to recover and click ‘Next’.
  3. You will see the message ‘This account was recently deleted and can be recovered’; if you do not see this message, it means that your account cannot be recovered; press ‘Next’ to continue.
  4. When you are asked for your password, click ‘Try another’
  5. Now click ‘Submit’ to receive a verification code on your number.
  6. Enter the code and click ‘Verify’.
  7. You may also be asked to verify your recovery email address if you’ve added it to your Gmail account.
  8. After verification, you just need to create a new password for your Gmail account
