Fairfax County police have charged Eric Antonio Rubio, a 36-year-old man from Alexandria, Virginia, in connection with the killing of Brenda Ochoa Guerrero, 33. Brenda Ochoa Guerrero was found shot dead on April 13 outside Inova Mount Vernon Hospital in Alexandria. Rubio has been charged with second-degree murder, felony firearm use, and felony concealment of a body. He is currently in custody at the Fairfax County jail.
Additionally, authorities had previously charged David Littlefield, 43; Eric Thompson, 36; and Yuris Pineda Gallegos, 29, with felony concealment of a body in May. It is believed that Ochoa Guerrero’s death occurred at a residence in the 2500 block of Fairhaven Avenue in Alexandria. Surveillance footage revealed that on April 13, at 1:11 a.m., Littlefield and Thompson drove Ochoa Guerrero’s vehicle to the hospital parking lot with her inside. Rubio and Gallegos allegedly picked up Littlefield and Thompson in an SUV.
Legal representation for Rubio listed in court records has not responded to requests for comments on the case.
