In a nail-biting finish, Dan concluded the weekend in 3rd place, marking a highly successful second year in his touring car racing career. Prior to fully dedicating himself to racing, Dan served as the founder and team principal of Trade Price Cars Racing. This team, an offshoot of his car sales business, Trade Price Cars, actively competed in the 2019 and 2020 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship seasons. They fielded two Audi S3 cars, driven by notable names such as Jake Hill and former F1 and Le Mans winner Mark Blundell in 2019, followed by Bobby Thompson and James Gornall in 2020.
