Cheyenne Truax – In a devastating incident, Cheyenne Truax, affectionately known as “Cooter,” lost her life following a severe motor vehicle accident. The tragic event unfolded on U.S. 24 near Bruick Road around 1:30 p.m., as reported by local law enforcement.
The heart-wrenching accident involved a truck pulling a trailer, traveling east on U.S. 24. In a catastrophic turn of events, the truck crossed the median, leading to a collision with another semi-truck, ultimately culminating in the vehicle ending up in a ditch.
Tragically, Cheyenne Truax and another occupant of the vehicle did not survive the collision and were pronounced dead at the scene. Another individual sustained critical injuries and was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
