Officer Grossman, a graduate of Farmingdale High School, had been serving with the NYPD since September 2023, primarily at the 42nd Precinct. He also contributed his service to various assignments, including the US Open Tennis Detail, Recruit Training Section, and Patrol Borough Queens North Service.
