Peter Rosalita from Abu Dhabi, UAE, the celebrity of America’s Got Talent season 16, was 10 years old at the time of his audition. He made an immediate impression on both the judges and the crowd. Peter Rosalita, Filipino, was born and raised in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He is the only child of his father, Ruel, a chef, and his mother, Vilma, a cashier. Rosalita sang Celine Dion’s All by Myself at the audition and his skill wowed the judges. While everyone applauded him, the young participant said he was shocked to hear his own voice because he was nervous during the performance. Rosalita, judged by judge Howie Mendel, will go far in this competition, but “Mariah should watch out,” according to Heidi Klum. Simon Cowell said his high notes made him shiver and added:
“You have an incredible voice. A great personality. An amazing amount of energy. After this audition, everyone will fall in love with you.”
The boy received a lot of support from the public and even celebrities like Celine Dion, who shared his audition video and wrote “Bravo” next to it. Peter Rosalita’s performance in America’s Got Talent Season 16 was excellent. The judges gave him a standing ovation when he performed Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing. After being dropped from the show, Peter Rosalita expressed his disappointment, but like any other 10-year-old, he returned to his hotel room and played computer games. He also expressed his feelings to The National, saying:
“I was amazed because I gave my best in every performance and I received a great response from all the judges and the crowd and I [still] remove. But I’m glad I had the opportunity to have that experience.”

Peter Rosalita’s parents recognized his gift as he became more and more interested in watching cartoons with music. When he was six years old, he performed in Indywood Talent Hunt. In January 2021, the young vocalist had his first solo performance at La Mere Dubai. He is a member of Dubai Expo 2020 and won the Burjuman Mall Rising Star competition in 2019. Peter Rosalita was also asked to sing Never Enough by Loren Allred on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
On January 2, America’s Got Talent: All Stars 2023 debuted on NBC. Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel returned as judges, while Terry Crews hosted the event. The Bello Sisters’ acrobatics opened the grand opening, followed by nine additional performances from AGT’s all-time great. Howie Mandel had the opportunity to present one of the performances with the Golden Buzzer. He chose The Balance Kids and made them finalists because he was so moved by their performance.
