Single’s Inferno is a popular Korean reality TV show on Netflix. Season 2 of the show just launched on the streaming service. Every week on Tuesdays at 3 a.m. ET / 2 a.m. CT, two new episodes are released. So far, six episodes of the popular dating show have been uploaded to Netflix. Single’s Inferno showed fans 12 hopeful singles who landed on a deserted island in search of their soul mate. To get to heaven, they must use their charms and charisma to win the hearts of other candidates.
Lee Nadine, a Harvard pre-med student, is one of 12 singles who come to the isolated island in search of love. While other reality TV dating shows pamper their participants with extravagant luxuries to help them pursue love, Single’s Inferno is not. Contestants are only provided with a tent with a mattress to sleep in. When it comes to food, they have to prepare themselves with very basic conveniences that are regularly provided to them. Competitors must win the missions presented in each episode to get a private date with their chosen one.
All of this, though, comes at a higher cost. While on the island, Single’s Inferno candidates are not allowed to share any personal information other than their names. They are not even allowed to reveal their age or profession to other competitors. They were only allowed to reveal such knowledge when dating in heaven.
