He also stated that his organs were not completely effective due to prune gut condition, and he shared:

“Kristen Reagle, a cadaveric transplant donor, gave me a kidney donation when I was nine years old. She was killed by an inebriated motorist when she was 15 years old; it was as if her existence had never begun.”

The Survivor season 44 competitor stated that his donor was an active person who enjoyed being outside, so he is doing this for her as well as his own family. Josh began viewing the program when it first aired in May 2000, and he would watch it with his family every Thursday. He mentioned that he has seen almost every season of the CBS program, with the exception of a few that he had to skip due to med school and college. He connects with one victor, Jeremy, and one non-winner, Davie, because Davie was a wonderful social performer and performed admirably during the tasks.

To get to the finish, Josh wants to be more sociable and accepting of his fellow competitors, but once there, “it’s all gloves off.” He went on to say:

“I’m going to backstab, deceive, and do what I need to do to get there. But first and foremost, I’m going to play a very sociable game, be active, and be the giver. And then, God willing, once we combine, I’ll do what I need to do. All wagers are off the table.”
