Football Coach Ikaika Malloe Family Details
Ikaika Malloe, the football coach, and his wife, Tara Malloe, have been together since their days at UW. Tara also attended the University of Washington. The pair married on July 14, 2001, and to commemorate their 21st wedding anniversary in 2022, the football coach made a nice message. Ikaika showed me a framed photo from 1997 at his office.
“This picture is in my office to remind me where we started,” he wrote. From then (1997) till today seems to be a blur. I recall thinking about how to make her MINE like it was yesterday!”
Ikaia and Tara have four children: two boys and two girls. Isaiah Malloe, his son, is a defensive back at the University of Hawaii. Isaiah was a three-star recruit according to 247Sports and redshirted in 2022. Isaiah established a single-season school record for tackles (165) and interceptions (8) during his senior year at Kennedy Catholic High School. He has also been named a four-time all-league defensive back and returner.
Jordan, Ikaika’s second kid, has stayed away from the football pitch. Taylor Malloe, the coach’s oldest daughter, is engaged to Benjamin Gaoteote, and the pair revealed last month that they were expecting a baby boy in March. Ikaika and Tara also have a daughter called Sloane, who turned four on March 30 of last year.
