She was a defensive specialist/setter at both UNLV and Michigan. She formerly coached at Las Vegas’ Rebel Volleyball Club, Honolulu’s Punahou School, and Triangle Volleyball Club in North Carolina. Cobey started at Stanford as the Director of Volleyball Operations, and she finished her sixth year there in 2013.
