Todd Hodne Prison
Todd did not change his mind after being released on bail in the sexual assault case of two Penn State students. He continued to commit crimes before being arrested again in May 1979. He was later taken into custody on four counts, including three counts of first-degree rape.
He was brought before the court in September 1979 after being arrested in May and pleaded guilty. He reached a plea agreement to two counts of rape, two counts of sexual abuse and one count of robbery. At the time, the judge sentenced Todd Hodne to seven years in prison with a possible maximum of 21 years.
After serving seven years in prison, Hodne was paid his salary in 1986. Nassau County Prosecutors objected to his compensation, but the parole board at the New York Resurrection Correctional Facility unanimously decided to dismiss him. drop his objection.

After this event, the villagers called the police, they started looking for Todd. Afterwards, Unit K9 captured him. Todd later revealed to detectives that he and Jeffrey Hirsch intended to buy cocaine.
Hirsch was later declared brain dead in hospital, where he died. For six days, Jeffrey Hirsch was on life support at the hospital.
After Jeffrey Hirsch died, Todd was arrested for murder and spent in prison. He received a sentence of 25 years in prison and then life in prison.
