Taylor HeIse’s Boyfriend: Who Is He?
Taylor Heise has not publicly divulged the name of her partner if she has one. The University of Minnesota hockey player’s Instagram account is loaded with photos of her playing with her teammates. Heise has kept her dating life private from the public view. There’s a fair probability the 23-year-old is dating, but Taylor may not be ready to reveal to the public her relationship just yet. But there’s also a possibility Taylor is now unmarried and was juggling her academic and athletic lives at Minnesota.
Taylor, a Red Wing Senior High School alumnus, joined Minnesota in 2018 and will graduate in 2022 with a kinesiology and sports marketing degree. The forward was already a standout in high school, having been named All-USA Girls Hockey Player of the Year in 2018. In addition, she won gold medals with the United States Women’s National Under-18 team in 2018, 2017, and 2016.
Taylor received the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award and was voted WCHA Player of the Year in her final year in 2021. She continued her athletic career in Minnesota after college, and she was named WCHA Forward of the Year last season. She became the ninth Gopher to achieve the 2000-point plateau earlier this year. In February, Heise played in her 169th career game, establishing a new program record. So, from her late adolescence, the lady has been exceedingly active, earning medals and awards left and right. Taylor Heise’s Parents: Amy and Tony Heise
Amy and Tony Heise, Taylor’s parents, are both former NCAA basketball players. Tony and Amy Heise were basketball players at UW-River Falls, where Tony graduated in 1991. When their only daughter expressed an interest in hockey rather than basketball, the couple was taken aback. Taylor was in first grade when she informed her parents she wanted to play hockey.
They may have believed the passion for the sport would dissipate with time, but it has simply grown stronger. The family lived in Lake City, Minnesota, and they didn’t have their hockey team. So lengthy vehicle drives to Red Wing for Taylor’s youth hockey meant long car rides for Amy and Tony, and when she enrolled, it meant going to and from the Twin Cities four days a week during the off-season.
Heise confessed in an interview that it was tough for her to be away from her family since she had always been a homebody. During an interview with CBS News, Heise said that she would weep if she had to go to USA Hockey’s training camp. Nathan and Ryan are Taylor’s younger brothers. Both of her brothers are basketball players, following in their parents’ footsteps.
Nathan is a 6’4 guard for the University of Northern Iowa. Nate received the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the Honor Roll in his first year. He scored 276 points in 32 games, an average of 8.1 points per game. Nathan was limited to only two games in his second season due to a season-ending hand injury. He may be found on Instagram under the handle @nateheise0.
Ryan Heise, Taylor’s younger brother, has just committed to Upper Iowa University. Ryan, the family’s youngest member, is endowed with an exceptional height of 6’9 and plays forward. She graduated from Lake City High School and averaged 9.6 points per game as a senior, earning him a spot on the HVL All-Conference team.
