In the third season of 2006’s The Ultimate Fighter, when he got into a heated argument with trainer Ken Shamrock about his training, lightweight boxer Tait Fletcher was introduced to fans for the first time. Truth be told, Fletcher was part of the original fighting team in New Mexico formed by Greg Jackson and Mike Winkeljohn, so he was familiar with the sport of mixed martial arts long before The Ultimate Fighter.
