Southern Charm’s Leva Bonaparte now has her own Bravo program, Southern Hospitality. In the new reality TV show, she will discuss both her personal and professional life. Southern Hospitality will premiere on Bravo on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 9:00 p.m. ET. It revolves around Leva and her husband, Lamar Bonaparte, and their nightclub Republic Garden & Lounge. The pair own three other restaurants in Charleston, South Carolina, but the new show will focus on the aforementioned nightclub and its staff. While there may be newcomers, Southern Charm stars Craig Conover, Shep Rose, Naomi Olindo, Austen Kroll and Patricia Altschul will feature on Leva’s show.
Meet Leva Bonaparte and the rest of Southern Hospitality.
Leva Bonaparte is Southern Hospitality’s shining jewel. Her husband Lamar, who rarely appeared on television in Leva’s previous series, will also appear on the show. DJ/VIP coordinator Maddi Reese, VIP host Mikel Simmons, Bartender Will Kulp, VIP host Joe Bradley, VIP bartender Luca Pea, hostess Mia Alario, VIP bartender Emmy Sharrett, bartender TJ Dinch and VIP host Bradley Carter are among the remaining members working at Republic Garden & Lounge.
Grace Lilly, the only employee from Leva’s other restaurant named in the main cast of Southern Hospitality, also appears in the cast. Grace works at Bourbon N’ Bubbles as a VIP Instructor.
The official description of the cast on Bravo’s website reads:
“Working at Republic is the gold standard for Leva’s team, an aggressive group of buddies fueled by hard work/play hard.” They are forced to fight for the best locations and suggestions of the best nightlife the city has to offer. Leva sets high standards, yet she treats them like family, leading this group of young, enthusiastic people through love, disagreements, makeup, breakups and everything in between.
It continued:
“As the matriarch of the Republic, Leva has a lot to worry about as she strives to be the voice of reason with her unpredictable team, but she never hesitates to make stark choices that could affect the dynamics of this tight-knit community.” While the group juggles personal and professional obligations, Leva has never placed a bigger bet as she prepares for Charleston’s biggest summer in recent memory.
What can we predict from the first episode of Southern Hotel season 1?
The first episode of Southern Hospitality season 1 will show Republic nightclub employees celebrating their boss Leva’s birthday. Her Southern Charm co-stars will also be present at the event. The title of the first volume is “Republic of the Leva,” and its official synopsis is as follows:
“Charleston, SC, restaurateur Leva Bonaparte celebrates her birthday at her club, Republic, but an employee feud threatens to ruin the festival; Grace Lilly feels betrayed by her best friend Maddi for pointing out her shortcomings at work.”
In addition to celebrating birthdays, Leva will be considered the arbiter in an employee conflict. Grace Lilly has a problem with Leva in the trailer for episode 1 when Maddi Reese teases the VIP concierge. Leva and Grace later met to explain why the latter came home early from work. Grace, who has been characterized as having “astrological and mystical views,” cites several lengthy explanations, including “lunar eclipses” and “Friday the 13th.” The first episodes seem to have a lot of drama. Only time will tell whether the new show will conquer viewers. Southern Hospitality will premiere new episodes on Bravo every Monday at 9:00 p.m. ET.
