All seasonings are [what] transform Bloody Mary [from] great. Celery remembers salt; it is very important. Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce is a type of Worcester sauce. A bit of Tabasco is also great. In my opinion, there should be a lot of decorations. I made mini cheeseburgers and shrimp cocktails for the show.

You all have seen these wonderful Bloody Marys. There’s no reason to give up those. They are happy. Horseradish, lemon juice, and salt are the basics. Remember to add salt. MSG is currently being added to cocktails. I like some MSG. It’s starting to get on. Perfect for a Bloody Mary.

I largely agree with Guy. I think my optimal fat-to-lean ratio is 25/75, or 75 lean and 25 fat. While the chuck is a great cut, it can come from any cut. The short rib chuck combination is also good. But usually, it’s all the crumbs that make up the burger meat. Just make sure you weigh it so it’s about 70/30 or 75/25. A bit of aged beef is also something I like to incorporate.
