Just as we were preparing for my Dad’s Visitation service I got the news that my sweet sister Rhonda Nixon had unexpectedly gained her wings. My linesisters had been sending me condolences all week and made sure someone was present last night to support me and present my family with a beautiful card. I was told Rhonda made a call to make sure I was “taken care of.” That’s a true testiment to the kind of heart she has. Always thinking of others. When ever all of us are together I can always count being greeted with a big smile and hug and then “Poodie how have you been? Are you ok?” You represent Delta well Rhonda. A true woman of Fortitude. Sleep easy sister. My heart is crushed.
