Recover Gmail Password with no Recovery Email and Phone Number

Gmail accounts are equally useful as they have a lot to offer and you only need to create an account to take advantage of its amazing features. Furthermore, Gmail offers several recovery options in case you forget your password, such as:

  • Use the recovery email address
  • Use phone number

You can easily reset your password using any of the recovery options provided by Gmail.

It may happen that you added a recovery phone number or email address to your Gmail account but don’t currently have access to them. Recovery seems impossible, right?

  1. In a new tab on your browser, go to gmail.com
  2. Now enter the email address from which you need to recover your password
  3. Click on ‘Forgot Password’

  1. You will now be asked to enter the last password you remember with this Google Account.

Here old password means you have to enter any password that you remember for this account. You must have changed many times and even if you don’t remember correctly, you can recall and enter the name you used to use for your account, press ‘Next’.

  1. Next, to recover your Gmail account, you will be asked to check your mobile device for the message you received from Google. You just have to tap ‘Yes’ on your mobile device then tap on the number that you can see on the screen. If you do not have access to the mobile device shown on the screen, click the ‘I don’t have a phone’ option to continue.

Note- To use this option, you just need to access the old mobile device that you used to sign in to your Gmail account; Phone number is not required.

  1. You will then have the option to use your recovery email address to recover your Gmail account, since you don’t have access to it, just click ‘Try another’.

  1. Next, depending on the recovery information you’ve added to your Gmail account, you’ll have the option of using your mobile number or answering a security question. So even if you don’t have access to your recovery email address or phone number, you can still regain access to your Gmail account by correctly answering the security question. , click ‘Next’ to continue.

Create a new password for your Gmail account and click Next

That’s how you can easily reset your Gmail account password, even if you don’t have access to the recovery or replacement email address or phone number associated with your account.

Note- The options you will get to recover your Gmail account depend on the information you added to your account when setting up the account. If you have not added any recovery information, you will not be able to regain access to your account; Google will need some information to see if it’s the actual owner of the account trying to recover the account; the only thing you can do is create a new Gmail account.
