And also a huge supporter of my photography. I would have never been photographing all those radio meet n greets and concerts with big stars if it wasn’t for her.I am surprised I am even able to gather my thoughts and write these words right now in this moment. I am still dizzy and can not believe this.RIP to one of the most amazing humans that has ever been in my life. I wish I could tell her that right now. I am heartbroken”

It’s taken me all day and it’s so hard even to put into words when you lose someone you love. Rebecca Falk was my coworker and right hand partner here first with CBS in Detroit, and then Audacy with WYCD , WOMC, WDZH, WWJ, WXYT for almost 20 years. She was our right hand in everything in our radio world, tireless worker, fierce competitor, creative genius and maybe the biggest dog lover I’ve ever known. She also helped about 1000 charities including St. Jude, CMN, THAW, Student Heart Check, Karmanos, Salvation Army and so many I can’t even come close to name them all. For Detroiters she was the force behind Hoedown, Woodward Dream Cruise, Musictown, Opening Day block Party and so much more . She almost never asked for anything for herself. She even powered through personal family tragedy and adversity and still was a beacon of strength. She had a wicked sense of humor and fun too. We’re gonna miss her SO much, our hearts are broken. She would truly be blown away by the outpouring of love her way, she was completely self-less (never on social media) and always put others and everyone’s welfare abover her own. That’s what angels do… RIP Rebecca, prayers for your family, God bless.
