To reset your Amazon account password:
- Visit amazon.com
- Click the ‘Sign In’ button in the upper right corner.
- Click ‘Need help?’
- Then click on ‘Forgot your password?’
- Next, you will be asked to enter the mobile number or email address associated with your Amazon account, but if you do not have access to any information, simply click the link ‘Customer Service’ is available immediately. below the ‘Continue’ option for help restoring access to your account.
