Barberton, Mpumalanga – In a heart-wrenching incident that has shocked the nation, 28-year-old Nonkululeko Nkully Maduna tragically lost her life after being stabbed multiple times with a broken bottle by her husband, Constable Lucky Sandile Maduna, a police officer in South Africa. Nonkululeko Mtshweni, a graduate of Trinity College and Saint Ignatius College, was a cherished mother of two and resided in Barberton, Mpumalanga, along with her husband, who is now facing charges for her murder. The couple had their roots in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

The confrontation escalated during the event, leading Maduna to resort to violence, resulting in the tragic loss of Nonkululeko. Witnesses reported a brutal assault where Nonkululeko was ruthlessly stabbed with a broken bottle, causing fatal injuries to her neck.
