Pervaiz Elahi expressed his anger over Imran Khan’s criticism of General Bajwa

Lahore – Minister Pervaiz Elahi was unhappy with President Imran Khan of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), who had repeatedly criticized former army chief (r) Qamar Javed Bajwa. During his speech at the Liberty Chowk rally, CM Elahi told a private television program that he had urged the former prime minister not to criticize General (r) Bajwa.

CM Pervaiz Elahi Said that “Imran Khan criticized General (r) Bajwa during his speech in Lahore when I was present, it offended me”.

Elahi says he and his team will be the first to defend General (retired) Qamar Javed Bajwa assuming anything else is said against the previous armed forces boss. “I feel very bad when Khan speaks against General Bajwa,” Pervaiz said, adding that the former army chief is a “benefactor” and should say nothing about benefactors. Minister of Punjab reminded PTI Chairman that “Gen(r) Bajwa has given many favors to Imran khan, so don’t forget those favors.”

He said they were PTI’s partners, not competitors, but they couldn’t help but remember the merits of their “defenders”. According to Pervaiz Elahi, PML-Q has endorsed Imran Khan’s decision to dissolve the Punjab Assembly, but we cannot stab our patrons in the back.

“General Faiz Hamid committed many abuses and tried to imprison us. He’s against us,” Elahi said. In his speech in Lahore, Imran Khan said that on December 23, the assemblies of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) will be dissolved. Imran Khan thanked the two provincial governors for their cooperation with his party and said he had consulted PTI’s lawyers about the move, adding that the Constitution does not allow for a delay. elections 90 days after the dissolution of the National Assembly.
