Described as a remarkable individual, Oscar Anderson’s legacy extends beyond his academic brilliance. In the wake of this tragedy, Jared Burns and Cheryl De Jonge launched a GoFundMe campaign on November 8, 2023, aiming to provide financial support to Oscar Anderson’s family during this difficult period. The campaign has already amassed a generous sum of $17,580, with the largest donation reaching $10,000. What started as an effort to raise $8,000 has garnered support from 130 donors, reflecting the profound impact of Oscar’s life within the community.
