Olivia Culpo recently spoke out about her relationship with her sister Sophia Culpo after the two women feuded during the final season of The Culpo Sisters. The audience watching Sophia was extremely indignant at how her sister’s celebrity had ruined her life. Olivia talked about her relationship with her sister Sophia in an interview with E! News, says:
“We are doing very well. We have made a lot of progress simply by being transparent and honest about our problems. And I believe the most important thing to do is just tell someone you care about them so they understand where they’re coming from and continue to love them.”
The season finale of the Culpo Sisters included some tough moments between the sisters Olivia and Sophia.
The last two episodes of The Culpo Sisters included a lot of tension between the sisters Olivia and Sophia Culpo, who were constantly arguing throughout the week. The feud started when the two went out with family members to celebrate their sister Aurora Culpo’s birthday. To celebrate Aurora’s birthday, the sisters planned a party on a boat. Olivia discovers Sophia took her swimsuit before picking her up. She started an Instagram story for fun, snapping Sophia wearing her swimsuit and claiming her sister stole it from her.
Sophia was annoyed by her sister trying to make the story something it wasn’t. She also tried to explain her side of the story, saying she also bought the exact same bikini but her package was gone. Sophia was upset and called her sister a “bully” when her sister insisted that the bikini was for her. Olivia and Aurora seek to atone for the grieving Sophia at the boat party. Although she later chose to ignore it because it was her sister’s birthday, the situation was still very uncomfortable. She stated:
“This is the kind of situation that I despise. Because I feel like I’m with the people who will support you the most and I feel bad that my parents are on Olivia’s side all the time.
Sophia continued:
“There was nothing I could do to avoid the story that kept telling me that Olivia was an angel sent by God who simply gave me the wonderful life I deserved.”
An unexpected conversation regarding Sophia’s work troubles also leads to a dinner incident in the final episode. When Olivia tried to express her thoughts, they angered the former, who broke down and said:
“Many consequences of your fame have ruined my life, messed it up and made it harder for me. Do you believe that I should be forever grateful? I’m bitter about a lot of things because it ruined my life in ways I wasn’t prepared for when I was 15.”
Olivia is happy to have the opportunity to be on a reality show with her family.
