He was the beloved son of Jeffrey and Rebecca Ostrander and held dearly in the hearts of his grandparents: Lura & Mike Horsfall, Mike & Elaine Ostrander, and Dorothy & Leslie Blair, Jr. Nick is also survived by his siblings, Alexandria and Gabriel Ostrander.

A graduate of Fort Zumwalt East High School, Nick was actively engaged in various school activities, displaying his talents as a member of the varsity volleyball team, the varsity swim team, and showcasing his musical aptitude in the school band as a percussionist. His enthusiasm extended beyond school walls, contributing his skills to the Rec-Plex Sharks swim team and the Modulation Z winter drum line. Additionally, he served as a lifeguard for the City of St. Peters pools.

With aspirations in computer science, Nick pursued his studies at the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO. His ambition to become a pilot was evident through his involvement in Air Force ROTC and his participation in intramural volleyball.

Remembered fondly for his selflessness and unwavering dedication to his friends, Nick leaves behind a legacy of kindness that will be deeply cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
