Isabella Lynagh, the wife of former rugby player Michael Lynagh, is a role model in the health and wellness community. Michael dominates rugby, and his wife has an equally excellent reputation in health coaching. Michael Patrick Thomas Lynagh, AM, is a former Australian rugby union player best known for his position as a fly-half.
Lynagh represented Australia at inside, center, and fly-half from 1984 to 1995, gaining 72 caps and captaining the team in 1993-1995. Lynagh helped Australia win the 1984 Grand Slam and served as vice-captain during Australia’s 1991 World Cup success. Furthermore, he scored in every test until Marty Roebuck took over kicking responsibilities, including a try against Wales in 1984. Isabella’s path hit a turning point in 2016 when she enrolled in the IIN to become a certified health coach. Isabella now leads a rising movement for holistic health and empowerment. She has a website called “isahealthykitchen.com,” where she discusses her story and supports others who are going through similar experiences.

Michael Lynagh, a former rugby player, has two sons: Louis and Tom. Following in his father’s footsteps, he plays wing for the Harlequins in the Premiership Rugby League. In October 2020, he made his Premiership debut against the Leicester Tigers. He played a key role in Quins’ dramatic comeback win against the Bristol Bears in the season’s semi-finals.
Lynagh signed a two-year contract with Benetton, an Italian United Rugby Championship team, beginning in the 2024-25 season. Lynagh represented England’s under-16 team and the England U18 squad on their 2018 tour to South Africa. In addition, Tom plays rugby union with the Reds. In November 2020, he signed a deal with Michael’s local club, Queensland, for the years 2021-2023, and was re-signed until 2025.
