Maureen Polasek Obituary: Rosati Kain academy teacher passes away in St. Louis, Missouri

St. Louis, Missouri – The Rosati-Kain Academy community mourns the loss of a cherished educator and coach, Maureen Polasek, who passed away after a valiant battle with cancer. Maureen dedicated over 20 years of her life to teaching at Rosati-Kain Academy, leaving an indelible mark on generations of students.

“Our hearts are heavy as the world lost a beloved member of the Rosati-Kain community on Monday. Maureen Polasek was a coach and a math teacher from 2002-2023. Please keep her and her family in your prayers.”

Maureen Ann Polasek departed this world on Monday, September 18, 2023. A Funeral Mass will be held in her honor at Christ The King Catholic Church, Balson Avenue at Purdue Avenue, University City on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
