This is the hardest loss I’ve ever had to face in my life. Yesterday morning I received a phone call that no one should ever have to get. I cried out in grief. My knees hit the floor. And my heart shattered all at once.It can’t be true. It couldn’t have been you. Lord, I don’t understand. We should be planning our yearly pumpkin patch trips with the kids. We were planning a girls trip for your birthday next summer. We were supposed to build houses near each other so our kids could grow up together the same way we did. You’re not supposed to be gone! You were so much more than just my best friend. You were my loyal confidant, my voice of reason, my light in the darkness, my “just a phone call away.” You were my person, together for every phase of our lives no matter what. My soul sister. I know it’s selfish, but I just want you here with me.But this morning I woke up to see that you were that person to so many others as well. That you touched everyone you ever met. Your wonderful soul has impacted us All to be a Madison Linley in a world full of mean girls! So fly high, sis 🕊️We will all make sure Elliot is taken care of and that he always knows what an amazing mother and friend you were. How loved you were. Please be in prayer for the Linley family and all of us who were lucky enough to know Madison. Our community is hurting right now.I love you Madi, always and forever.Until we see you again my girl 🤍
