Montgomery County, Ohio – The tragic passing of Lynn Denlinger has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the Lewisburg community. Lynn, aged 50, met an untimely end in a motorcycle accident on the evening of September 20, 2023, in Butler Township, Montgomery County, Ohio.
Born on February 2, 1973, in Dayton, Ohio, Lynn was an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Purina in Richmond, dedicating many years to his profession. A proud graduate of Tri-County North in 1992 and Miami Valley JVS, Lynn was a vibrant soul known for his love of off-roading, vacationing, and spending cherished moments with his loved ones. He had a special fondness for playing pool with family and friends, creating lasting memories with his infectious smile and welcoming personality.
Lynn’s bright light shone on all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a loving husband to Britany Ann (Davis) Denlinger, a devoted son to Judy (Wray) Denlinger, and a caring father to Shelby Denlinger, Madison (Coltan) Neal, Mason (Karigan) Dreischarf, and Mia Dreischarf. He was a doting grandfather to Blaire Dreischarf and Kennedy Neal, bringing immense joy into their lives. Lynn was preceded in death by his father, Allen Ray Denlinger.
In this time of sorrow, the community comes together to honor and remember Lynn’s wonderful life. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio, with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn, Lewisburg, Ohio.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Lynn Denlinger Memorial Fund, c/o any LCNB Bank Branch.
Lynn Allen Denlinger’s legacy lives on through the memories shared by his loved ones, a beacon of light that will forever shine in our hearts. May he rest in peace.
